Who is it for?
People come for psychotherapy for many reasons: because they can't get over a bereavement or some other loss; or they keep finding themselves in abusive or unhappy relationships; or they are depressed or anxious.
Some are blocked in their creative work, or stuck in life in general, or they don't know who they are, or they have lost a sense of meaning.
Many people just need someone to talk to, in a safe and confidential setting.
There is no upper or lower age-limit for coming for psychotherapy. People come once a week for a period of time. Some people find their issues resolve after a few sessions, and some want to do more intensive work, twice or even three times a week.
There is no one size to fit everyone: what we do will be personal to you.
